A: All of our works are made to order in the LA area.
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: We typically dispatch orders within 1-6 weeks from the date we receive your order - with the exception of pre-order items and out of stock items, which take anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Once we receive your order, you will receive an email within 24 hrs with an updated expected delivery date. Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Please contact hello@carmenellis.com to arrange international shipping. Please note that international orders will require payment of customs and duty fees upon delivery.
Q: How does "pre-order" work?
